Please note that all Wonder Vida Family members must complete their first contribution to our charitable campaign to render their membership eligible for cancellation. Requests to leave the Wonder Vida Family program that were received before the first month’s contribution will go into effect after the first month’s contribution is processed. To cancel your subscription, please email info@wondervida.com or call us at (888) 973-4935. In your message, please make sure to include the name and email address associated with the original Wonder Vida purchase. Subscription cancellations must be submitted within the first 15 days of the month to go into effect for the next billing cycle.

Any request made after the 15th will still be processed during the next cycle; however, cancellation requests made after the 15th will go into effect during the following month’s next billing cycle. All contributions made by purchasing the subscription on the Wonder Vida Family shop are nonrefundable.

When you purchase from the Wonder Vida Family, your contribution will be processed, and your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after making your payment. Every month, you will be shipped out a new package. In Wonder Vida’s Spa Kit, three of Wonder Vida’s main products will remain the same, including our Wonder Vida Acne Cream, Wonder Vida Charcoal Toothpaste, and Wonder Vida Charcoal Black Face Mask. The other two partnership products will rotate monthly. As a member subscribed to the Wonder Vida Family, you collaborate with a charitable organization that plants trees every month to positively impact our environment and communities

Wonder Vida orders have a minimum shipping cost of $7.95 for domestic* orders and $14.95 for international* orders.

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and orders are shipped every weekday at 4 PM EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number via your provided email.

DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
All domestic orders placed with Wonder Vida will have a tracking number and courier contact information. Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? (7-14 BUSINESS DAYS)
Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your country’s rules, regulations, tariffs, and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

The average shipping time on international orders is 15 business days. Please note that shipping time varies depending on the country of destination and its local postal system. All international orders will receive a tracking number that reports all transit events from the moment the tracking number is issued UNTIL the packages have been received by the local postal service; after the local postal service receives the package, tracking will be marked as completed/delivered, and any further liaison will be made by the customer’s local postal service.

All complimentary gifts (domestic and international) will ship within the first 10 days of the month. The transit time for domestic subscription orders is between 3-5 business days and is an average of 7-15 business days for international orders.

No, you cannot donate to Wonder Vida. Unfortunately, companies cannot accept donations. Purchasing our products is the best way to help fund our tree planting campaign. Our sales fund all aspects of our efforts, including operational expenses, the maintenance of our equipment and crews, new technology, education, and trash disposal with local waste and recycling facilities.
